 The date of submission of documents/fees for the registered candidates (who have registered their candidature till 28.02.2025, vide Employment Notification No.01/DRC/Purba Medinipur, dated 30.01.2025) has been extended for a period from 16.03.2025 to 21.03.2025 (23:59 Hours ) click on applicant login 

 


 

Steps for Online Registration : 

  1. Click on Apply Online button to Register yourself. You will receive OTP REGAPPL  registration number via SMS/E-Mail.
  2. Check your E-Mail Spam Box, if message is not received in your Inbox.
  3. Next Click on Applicant Login button to fill up your application form. After submission of application form requisite payment should be made through online mode only

  4. Upload Only Recent ,Not older than 30 days, clear colour photo / signature images.Keep ready the following details before clicking 'Applicant Login' button  

     (i)              Latest / recent colour photo (maximum 50 kb) in jpg format only.

    (ii)              Signature (maximum 25 kb) in jpg format only.

    iii)     Age proof certificate

    (iv)    Educational Qualification certificate

    (v)     Aadhaar Card

    (vi)    Caste Certificate, if any and other relevant documents.

  5. Candidates should apply once only carefully. Multiple applications / registrations will be summarily rejected.
  6. Candidates must use a separate pair of mobile number and email id for applying against different post
  7. Candidates are advised to provide correct details in all the columns of online application.  No request for correcting details / documents will be entertained after submitting the application.
  8. Candidates are advised to retain access of the Mobile number and Email as provided in the Online application till completion of selection procedure.  No request for change in mobile number and email will be accepted for whatever reason it may be.
  9. Once the candidate uploads all the essentials document and click on the " Save" button, then the page will be redirected to " Edit" mode wherein , he / she can edit the personal details and re-upload the documents , if any .However, eligibility criteria details cannot be edited.
  10. Candidates should keep two printouts of the duly filled online application form submitted by them, for their record and future reference.
  11. Hard copies are not required to be sent by post now
